Returns
Items that are in original, unworn condition including hygiene seal will be eligible for an exchange or refund.
Please do not remove the hygiene seal and only try on swimwear over underwear.
Please contact us via email on info@alitaswim.com with your order number, and whether you would like an exchange or refund.
Conditions:
- items must be returned within 14 days or receiving
- Sale items are final and are not eligible for refund or return
- Postage is to be covered by the customer for returns or refunds
- All exchanges and returns will be inspected upon return. If there are any signs of wear the return will not be accepted, and it will be shipped back to you
FAULTY ITEMS
We go through many quality control procedures to minimise the chance of a faulty product but of course sometimes they may make their way through. If your item is faulty please contact us at info@alitaswim.com and include photos showing the fault and we will resolve this for you. Once the item is deemed faulty you will receive a replacement. Refunds are only eligible if the item you ordered is out of stock.
